Start with your reality, not your fantasy week. If you’re new or coming back after a long break, 1–2 sessions a week is enough to build consistency. If you want visible transformation and can realistically train 3+ times per week, choose Getting Better or Elite, which include assessments and more detailed progression. You can always level up once you’ve proven your current tier fits your lifestyle.
Pay As You Go gives you flexibility and structure but no ongoing practical guidance. Once you upgrade to our recommended 6-month minimum we then have enough time to create real change. 12-month plans are ideal for steady transformation with better pricing. 18/24-month plans are for big goals (significant weight loss, recomposition or achieving sustainable performance) and come with the strongest pricing and best paid-in-full discounts.
Formal assessments (movement screen, goal audit and history review) are available on 3+ sessions per week (Getting Better and Elite). At 1–2 sessions per week, you’ll still complete a concise intake so we understand your injuries, preferences, equipment and schedule.
Yes. Many clients evolve from Busy Professional to Balanced Socialite or Getting By to Getting Better over time. We’ll adjust your personas focus and training tiers as your goals and lifestyle change, especially on longer commitments.
Your plan can be designed for bodyweight only, bands, dumbbells, or a full gym, we can accomodate whatever you have access to. Busy Professional and Balanced Socialite personas often need hotel and home-friendly setups, while Athletes and Body Recomposition typically leverage traditional gym equipment when available.
